Appointments are required and fill up quickly. Appointment scheduling may open as early as January 19—please use the link above to book your spot, as this is the only way to make an appointment.  If you’re looking to schedule for March or April, check back often, as additional appointment times will be released on a rolling basis.  

Cherry Hill Township is a host site  only and cannot make appointments for residents.

PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:

Copy of your 2023 & 2024 returns, relevant tax statements, receipts & forms, Photo ID, Social Security card or SSA-1099 for everyone on the return, PTR form (if one was mailed to you), and all documents filled out in advance that you received by AARP via E-mail.

PLEASE NOTE:

Registration dates are for Tuesdays & Fridays starting February 3 thru April 15. There will be no Walk-in service again this year - Appointments Only.

After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email – please keep this email. You will also receive other emails with important pre-appointment information for you.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

On the day of your appointment, please arrive no more than then 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  Upon arrival, a Tax-Aide volunteer will review your documents and conduct a short interview with you based on the documents you provide. You will then be present while your tax return is completed.  While you wait, your tax return will be prepared and checked for accuracy.  You may be asked additional questions during this process.  When the return is complete, you will meet with a different Tax-Aide volunteer to review the return and sign the electronic filing consent form.  Please plan to be at the site for at least an hour or more.
