Cherry Hill Township Home Improvement Program
The Cherry Hill Township Home Improvement Program is available to township residents who own their homes, meet the gross annual income requirements (1 person: $45, 450; 2 person: $51,950; 3 person; $58,450; 4 person: $64,900), and who need repairs to one or more of their major systems such as heating, plumbing, electrical, and/or roofing. Handy Helper Program
The Handy Helper Program is for income-qualified senior citizens (62 and older) and disabled adults who need assistance with minor repairs. The Township will arrange for a certified contractor to complete any plumbing, carpentry, or other minor home repairs. This service is free to those who qualify. Property Tax Discounts
An annual property tax deduction of $250 is available for income-eligible homeowners 65 years of age or older. If you are not currently receiving your Property Tax Deduction, please call the Cherry Hill Township Tax Assessor's office at 856-488-7899.
Sewer Discount
If you are eligible for the $250 Property Tax Deduction you are automatically qualified to have the township sewer rental fee waived. All homeowners 60 years of age or older can receive a 10% discount on Township sewer rental by showing proof of age at the Tax Collector's office. Utility Help

Veterans Deduction
An annual deduction of up to $250 from taxes due on real estate of qualified war veterans and their unmarried surviving spouses/civil union partners/domestic partners is available.
