Join us for an evening of connection, confidence & self-care. This event is designed to uplift and empower women of all ages through health, movement, creativity, and community.

• Learn from top health professionals about topics such as nutrition & supplements, menopause and fertility.
• Connect with local women and businesses committed to supporting your journey.
• Enjoy handcrafted mocktails provided by Mercantile 1888- who will also be giving demonstrations!
• Attendees will also be able to receive hand massages or short chair massages provided by The Basement Spa LLC.
• Glucose and Blood Pressure screenings will be provided by Jefferson Health- East.

Help Fight Period Poverty!

Support women and girls in the community by participating in our Feminine Product Drive. Items collected will be distributed between the Cherry Hill Public Library's Period Pantry, the Cherry Hill Food Pantry, and the Betsy & Peter Fischer Food Pantry. We will be collecting items such as tampons, sanitary pads, pantiliners, menstrual cups & discs.

Presentations will be approximately 20 minutes in length. All of the presentations will run twice.
