RISE Updates

Effective Date: May 24, 2024

Purpose: This addendum broadens the RISE Recovery Round 3 Program Guidance issued on April 17, 2024, incorporating additional guidelines and clarifications based on feedback from Cherry Hill Township.

Key Updates:

1. Expansion of Eligible Entities:
   • The program now includes 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(19) organizations that support and enhance educational institutions located within the Township.

2. Updated Documentation Requirements:
   • Non-PTA entities classified as 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) must submit documentation to verify their tax status and their provision of support to educational institutions within the Township. Required documents include: 
   • Supplemental Application

3. Final Extension of Deadlines:
   • The application deadline has been extended to June 14, 2024, to accommodate the expanded guidelines. Any applications not submitted by the deadline will not be considered for funding.
