No. If the box is not checked, you need to pay the ticket by the appearance date or call the Municipal Court at (856) 488-7850 to enter a plea of not guilty. There are two reasons a ticket may not be available on the website. The ticket has not been filed with the Municipal Court or there is a typographical error in the ticket information.Municipal Court
A filing delay of 10-14 days is typical for tickets issued by the New Jersey State Police, Camden County Park Police, and Delaware River Port Authority / Port Authority Transit Corporation. Tickets issued by Cherry Hill Police Department are usually available online by 5:00 pm the day after the date of the ticket.
