  • Under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) you may request a copy of a public document by sending the completed request form to the Township Clerk’s Office either by fax at (856) 488-7893, via the contact us form, or by mail to: 820 Mercer St. Room 107 Cherry Hill, NJ 08002

There is a fee for each certified copy requested.
