Lane restrictions will be in place on Haddonfield-Berlin Road (CR 561) near the Downs Farm Swim Club starting Monday, June 22, as part of a weeks-long highway project by the Camden County Department of Public Works.
Traffic will be reduced from four lanes to two beginning Monday, with the outer lane in each direction closed 24 house a day, seven days a week, for approximately three weeks. Cherry Hill Police will be on location; delays are possible and motorists are advised to take an alternate route until work is completed.
The exact timing of the project is dependent upon the weather and other factors. Message boards are in place to alert motorists of possible traffic delays.
Drivers should use caution when traveling through the construction zone, and be prepared for traffic pattern changes. Residents with questions or concerns about Camden County roadways can contact the county’s Public Works hotline at (856) 566-2980.
