On Friday, September 6, 2013 from 9:30 am-3:00 pm, Changing the Paradigm: Emergency Response to High Risk Situations will be presented. It provides an introduction to Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) as well as a presentation of Rescue Task Force Response to an Active Shooter Event.
