The Cherry Hill Police Department is excited to announce the return of the Citizen Police Academy! This 9-week program is designed to increase resident's understanding of the operation policies and procedures of our Police Department.
Participants will explore firsthand various aspects of law enforcement. The Citizen police Academy is open to any adult who lives in Cherry Hill, who has not already participated in our previous Citizen Police Academy and has no felony convictions or pending criminal actions at the time of application. Please note that participants must pass a background investigation prior to acceptance.
The Citizen Police Academy meets every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 PM at 820 Mercer Street. The program will run from January 22, 2025 until march 19, 2025. Class size is limited to 20 people (first come, first served), and there is no cost.
