NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Commissioners of Cherry Hill Fire District #13 in the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, State of New Jersey relative to bid entitled Wellness, Performance and Training Program or Equivalent, Project # CHFD2020-006.
Said bids shall be called for and shall be received, opened and read in public at the Cherry Hill Fire Department Fire Headquarters at 1100 Marlkress Road, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08003 on November 12, 2020 at 10:00 am prevailing time.
Said Bids shall be hand-delivered at the time and place stated for receipt of said bids or mailed prior thereto. No bid shall be delivered or accepted after the date and hour as designated herein and the risk of timely receipt of mailed bids is on the bidder.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Affirmative Action (PL 1975, c.127 - NJAC 17:27 et seq.), Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 USCS 12 1 01 et seq.), Stockholder Disclosure (PL 1975, Ch. 125, PL 1977 c. 33) and NJ Business Registration Certificate Requirements (PL 2004, c. 57.)
The appropriate bid specifications, proposal and other appropriate bid documentation relative to the aforementioned project may be obtained, upon appropriate notice by prospective bidders, during regular business hours from Robert P. Campbell, Purchasing Manager, Cherry Hill Fire District #13, 1100 Marlkress Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003, (856) 795-9805 extension 1315.
An electronic copy of the bid specifications, proposal and other appropriate bid documentation can be requested via e-mail sent to purchasing@chfd.org. Requests must contain bidder’s name, address, phone, fax numbers and the name and e-mail address of a contact person.
The Commissioners of the Cherry Hill Fire District #13 in the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, State of New Jersey reserve the right to reject any and all bids and further reserve the right to waive any insubstantial irregularities in any bid.
BY ORDER OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF FIRE DISTRICT #13 IN THE TOWNSHIP OF CHERRY HILL, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO CAPITAL PROJECT
WHEREAS, Cherry Hill Fire District #13 deems it necessary to purchase a light duty vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the purchase of the light duty vehicle shall not exceed $150,000.00; and
WHEREAS, in compliance with N.J.S.A. 40A:14-84 a public hearing shall be held by the Fire District to allow the public the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed purchase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Cherry Hill Fire District #13 in the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held by the Fire District relative to the proposed purchase of a light duty vehicle for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. The hearing shall be held on November 5, 2020 at 7 p.m., at Cherry Hill Fire Headquarters, 1100 Marlkress Road, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08003.
2. Copies of the Resolution are available to the general public of the Fire District from the date following publication of this Resolution up to and including the date of the meeting.
3. This Resolution shall be published and posted in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey statute.
