2025 Harvest Festival Food Truck Sign-Up Form

You can now register for additional events. 
If an event is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist in case a spot becomes available. Once registered, the Recreation Department will contact you within a week with further instructions to finalize and secure your spot.

We are hosting Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 19 at Croft Farm (100 Bortons Mill Road).  We are seeking 6 dinner, 2 dessert, and up to 2 beverage (non-alcoholic) trucks. Please use the appropriate form to sign up.

FEES: 
Recreation Department Event Fee: $100 
Mobile Food Vending License: $25 (1 day) or $100 (full year, available April 1) required by the Cherry Hill Township Clerk's Office.

YOUR SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT CONTACTS YOU AND PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
