Autumn Safety Tips

  • Chimineas and outdoor fireplaces are legal in the State of NJ; however, restrictions exist which must be adhered to, along with recommended safety practices.

  • Leaf burning is prohibited in the State of New Jersey (banned, effective January 1, 1972, per New Jersey Air Pollution Control Code, Chapter 2) and it is a violation of the NJ Uniform Fire Code to perform open burning.
