PRE-BID MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22, 2023, 10:00 A.M. AT THE SITE OF BONNIES BRIDGE, 340 – 350 WAYLAND ROAD, CHERRY HILL, NJ.  THIS PRE-BID MEETING IS NOT MANDATORY BUT IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ANYONE BIDDING ATTEND.

The Work of Project consists of the following: 

Reconstruction of Bonnie’s Bridge, brick arch bridge: 

a. Retention and repair of existing brick arch 

1) Shoring of existing brick arch bridge 

2) Excavation of fill from above brick arch 

3) Repair and repointing of brick arch 

4) Parging of outer face of brick arch 

b. Reconstruction of brick and stone wing walls 

1) Documentation of existing wing walls 

2) Careful dismantling of wing walls

3) Excavation for new footings 

4) New reinforced concrete footings and wall

 5) New brick and stone facing walls 

6) Backfilling and site restoration
