WHEREAS it is the intention of the Mayor and Council of Cherry Hill Township to focus attention on noteworthy occasions and individuals; and
WHEREAS tonight, Congregation M’kor Shalom honors Lynne Rednik, founder and longtime director of M’kor Shalom’s Early Childhood Center, for her service to the school and the congregation; and
WHEREAS for more than 25 years, Lynne has served as an educator, mentor, friend, surrogate mom and bubby to countless members of the South Jersey community; and
WHEREAS while Lynne retired from the Early Childhood Center last spring, she remains a vibrant, engaged member of M’kor; and
WHEREAS the Mayor and Council of Cherry Hill Township are proud to honor and thank our esteemed colleague and friend for her many years of service to M’kor Shalom, its families and children, and the Cherry Hill and South Jersey communities at large.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHUCK CAHN, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, do hereby wish to honor, celebrate and thank
Lynne Rednik
for 25 years of dedicated service to Congregation M’kor Shalom and the M’kor Shalom Early Childhood Center, and do urge all citizens to join with me and the members of Township Council in wishing Lynne continued health, happiness, and, truly all the best as she continues in this new chapter in life.
