Pursuant to N.J.S.A.40a:11-23(c), addenda may be issued for bids and will be provided as prescribed by law to any person who has received a bid package from the Purchasing Department.
If the bid document has been downloaded from the Township website, it is recommended that the bidder register with the Purchasing Department (856-488-7848 or 856-432-8733) to ensure receipt of addenda. If the vendor does not register with the Purchasing Department after downloading documents, there is a risk of not receiving any/all addenda issued.
Copies of addenda and/or notice of same will be made available on the Township website and in the Township’s official newspaper.
It is the sole responsibility of the person submitting a bid to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to the procurement. The person submitting the bid should check prior to the bid opening to see if addenda have been issued.
